As trained psychometric assessors we are able to offer a range of tests and assessment tools to suit your needs. We use world class suppliers and we are able to purchase from almost any source due to the experience and qualifications of our consultants.

Whatever the situation, we work with you to decide on the most appropriate tests and exercises to use in order to ensure the best and most accurate result possible. It is critical that the chosen tests are valid for the purpose they are to play – in other words, that they test something which is genuinely required. For example, in Recruitment, there is no point in testing numeracy where none is needed. Similarly, it is important that tests do not discriminate – for example, a numeracy test with instructions in English may in reality be more of a test of written English than one of numeracy to a candidate whose first language is not English.

We understand these issues, and we are able to advise you on the correct battery of tests to use according to the circumstances. We are licensed to buy and administer the tests ourselves, and then to score them and to provide you with feedback.

In Career Counselling and Outplacement we use a mix of tests and career interest questionnaires. The career interest questionnaires help us to identify which categories of work the counsellee is most interested in according to certain career themes, such as active, analytical, caring/social or artistic/creative. We are often able to help our clients to move forward, embarking on a new career after a decision to make a major change, or perhaps for the first time, if they are school or college leavers. We may be helping them to re-launch their careers if they are returners to work after child rearing or a long period out of work for some other reason.

In Learning and Development, we are able to apply a range of tests and exercises as part of a Development Centre to assist with the identification of skills and knowledge gaps which in turn lead to learning and development needs. Pour development centres are always devised in conjunction with our clients who see them as a positive way to gain buy in from those who will later go through the Training Programmes set up as a result of the Development Centres.

Our Consultants are used to advising at all levels and will play a role in your decision making teams if required.
