Our service and our fees

We can work on a retained basis or charge by the hour for our services. If you are a retained client, then you will be visited by your allocated consultant each month. The Consultant will spend up to half a day with you dealing with issues that may have arisen during that month. We believe that this way we are better able to understand the client's needs.

Our unique selling point - customer relationships

We aim to get to know our clients and their issues so that we are able to provide solutions which we know will match their cultures and sit well with their commercial philosophies. We can guarantee that you will be advised by one of two consultants who will be known to you, rather than any one of a number of advisers within a call centre. However, we also guarantee a return call within four hours of your call to us.
