David has worked in training and development for nearly 20 years. He worked in the UK Government sector until 1999 when he left to form a training and development consultancy company. Although he has worked with private sector financial services and career development companies since then, much of his work in the UK has been with major public sector employers, such as Royal Mail Group, Inland Revenue and UK Local Government.

He has been involved in the development and delivery of leadership training programmes in Mongolia and Ukraine and has recently started delivering the Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) in the Middle East for Bradfield Consulting Ltd. He is a part-time lecturer at the City of Bath College and has been involved in the delivery of their CPP (awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and several foundation modules for the Diploma awarded by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He is also an Associate Field Consultant with Bath Spa University. David completed a Masters degree in Management Development and Organisational Change at the University of Bristol in 2004 and has a Level 4 Certificate in Further Education Teaching. He is currently studying for a Certificate in Education at the University of the West of England. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
