The Certificate In Training Practice or CTP programme is aimed at Training/Personnel Officers/Advisers, Supervisors & new graduates, with new or widening responsibilities including training and development; It is also relevant to staff whose managerial responsibilities include a substantial volume of training and development work and who therefore require specific training skills.

The Certificate in Training Practice is suitable for :

	Training Practitioners without a training qualification
	Training Administrators or anyone wishing to enter the training profession
	HR Professionals who have a significant training content to their roles

Assessments

There is continuous assessment of written work and two assessed skills assignments. There are six assessments in total. In addition students are required to keep a Learning Log and to produce a Personal Development Plan

Mode of Delivery

Our programmes are highly participative and we offer 120 hours of class contact time to allow maximum opportunity for practice. To accommodate those students who are unable to take this amount of time out of work to attend, we are offering our programme in the following format:

Four weekends: 3pm Friday afternoons to 4pm Sunday
Two weekday sessions: 4pm Sunday to 6pm Tuesday

We are able to offer the programme in house for groups of five or more.
