Course Structure

Our course is a combination of classroom and self-study. Many of our students are working professionals so we have split the classroom days into manageable chunks. You will only need to take time off work for a few days at a time and there is also sufficient time in between the blocks to self-study and complete assignments.


Your work will be assessed on an on-going basis using written assignments and reports, case studies and skills-based assignments as well as the completion of our workbooks to the required standards.

Student Portal

Upon becoming a Bradfield student, you will instantly gain access to our student portal. The portal provides access the essential books necessary for our CIPD courses, learning materials, your assignments and your course progress.

CIPD Membership

In order to receive your CIPD certificate at the end of your course, you will need to enrol as a Student Member upon the start of your course via the CIPD website. To find out more, please go to
