Caroline Griffiths is the Managing Director of Bradfield Consulting Ltd. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and also has a Masters Degree in HR.

Caroline is a very experienced HR and business consultant, founding Bradfield Consulting, initially known as Bradfield Associates, in 1989. Caroline has worked in all areas of HR, but today specialises in competence based performance management systems, psychometric testing and employment law. Recent projects have reflected all of these specialisms, but latterly Caroline has been working on a project to investigate the state of Race Relations for a major UK organisation.

In the early 1990’s Caroline taught and lectured part time at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. During this time the local CIPD Group approached Caroline to set up the Certificate in Personnel Practice Programme and the first Certificate in Personnel Practice Programme took place in January 1992. An experienced General Manager, Caroline has led the Company in developing CIPD Training as a major part of its business. Today the Company holds licenses in Cambridge, Peterborough, Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Dubai and there are plans for further expansion. Caroline regularly lectures and leads programmes alongside her fellow Tutors as it is her management style to remain operational.
