Associate Trainer

Bradfield Consulting Ltd operates as a HR Consultancy firm all aspects of HR Consultancy. We also deliver the CIPD Certificate programmes in Training and Personnel. These are delivered in the UK in three locations in London, Cambridge and Peterborough and at our three overseas centres in Qatar, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Stage 1

Your CV needs to be submitted via email to andy@bradfield.co.uk . If we identify skills and experience that meet our requirements you will be selected for interview

Interview

Each applicant will be required to attend an interview at our London office where your skills and experience will be investigated further and you will be required to provide evidence to support them.

For Associate Trainers, you will be asked to deliver a 15 minute training session to demonstrate your delivery skills.

Details of the interview process and the topic for your training session will be sent to you prior to the event.

Final Stage

You may be selected for a second interview depending on the number of applicants. After which we will make a decision and notify you of your success or otherwise. On appointment you will be required to attend a short induction programme.
