We encourage our clients to use competency based appraisal systems that can later be developed into full performance management systems. We are also able to help with the design and implementation of 360 degree feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management, Grading Schemes and Salary Structures
Some of our clients are keen to link the appraisal schemes that we have designed for them into career development and performance management schemes, using the competencies that have been built into the appraisal system. This creates a marvellously effective tool for managers to use when it comes to planning career development and training.
At a more sophisticated level we are able to develop grading and salary structures from the competency schemes we have devised.
