Andy has 8 years training experience in national organisations and ten years martial arts experience six at instructor level. He started his training career within the Royal Mail Customer Service Department as an additional role and progressed to a full time training role in 2000 still with Royal Mail. Andy specialises in developing and delivering soft skills training. Communication Skills, Train the Trainer, Presentation Skills, and Customer Service and is a Diversity and Equality trainer. Andy developed the Diversity programme for Royal Mail and trained Managers to deliver the programme. He has delivered Health and Safety training and Interview Techniques to managers.

Andy then moved to the East Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust on a six month contract and continued to develop programmes and delivered an Equality and Diversity project to be used in the Trust to all members of staff.

On joining Bradfield Consulting as Training Manager he manages Training Consultants and students both in the UK and the Gulf Region. Andy is the course leader for the Certificate in Training Practice and delivers the recruitment module on the Certificate in Personnel Practice.

Training is Andy’s passion and he enjoys the thrill of seeing a group grasp the new learning at ‘the penny drop moment’ as he calls it!

He is a Licentiate Member of the CIPD with a NVQ4 in Learner Development and an Associate Member of the ILM. In addition he is a qualified interviewer.
