Andrew has over 15 years training and management experience. He started his management and training career within the Hospitality sector initially managing 2 successful restaurants in the USA. He later obtained a BA Honours in Business Management in England and upon graduation was a trainer of NVQ courses within the hospitality sector. Later Andrew returned to the USA to help develop an insurance agency business for Nationwide Insurance. After the first year of business the agency won 2 awards in recognition of service and sales performance. He later progressed into other management and training roles within Transport and Oil & Gas industries.

More recently at Exxon Mobil Andrew was responsible for the training logistics activities for major SAP (ERP) implementation projects. After completing his contract with Exxon Mobil he traveled throughout the USA, then moved to Western Australia to pursue a Masters of Business Administration. In 2006 Andrew returned to England and in March 2006 joined Bradfield group as the Training Administrator.
