Sue has been involved in the world of HR for more than 20 years, most of which were with an International Engineering Company. Alongside the general range of human resource duties she has worked on a number of specialist projects including: design and implementation of competency frameworks; design and implementation of appraisal systems; facilitating change management groups; managing projects, and managing the recruitment process for the UK and various overseas assignments. She has also run training courses on recruitment, appraisals systems, team building and competencies. Currently delivering CPP course in the Middle East for the Bradfield Group.

Sue is a qualified psychometric tester and has used a wide range of tests.

Sue’s experience has been gained in a number of different types of organisations including, international and UK manufacturing local government and large corporate banks, In particular she has gained expert knowledge in the field of call centre recruitment and assessments and enjoys conducting role plays.

For the past 20 years Sue has been involved with various charities and at present is a Main Board Director and Trustee of a National Charity. She has extensive experience of chairing a Corporate Charity Committee and Social Responsibility Committee and is passionate about “valuing people”.

Sue believes that recruiting the right people, and developing their potential, leads to a profitable and healthy organisation.
