Joseph Grech
Joseph Grech is a Learning and Development Consultant for Bradfield Consulting Ltd. He is an active member of CIPD and holds a Masters in Human Resource Development from Middlesex University and a Bachelors in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Malta.
Joseph has extensive experience in HR, particularly in designing, delivering and evaluating learning interventions. He has always felt very passionate about training and has held a number of previous positions in Learning and Development over the last seven years. In his previous role as a Training Manager for a global immigration consultancy Joseph was responsible for developing the firm's Training department and implementing various learning strategies.
At Bradfield Joseph is involved in the development and delivery of CIPD and ILM endorsed certificates. He is also responsible for Bradfield's short courses. Multilingual, fluent in English, Italian and Maltese.
