Restructuring programmes, terminations for any other reason, or sometimes decisions to change career direction on the part of the employees themselves have all led to requests for Bradfield Consulting to provide outplacement consultancy.
We provide a range of options that enable the client to choose their own outplacement package:
- An initial counselling session
- Psychometric Testing and career interest profiling to identify matches between aptitude and personality and possible career options
- CV preparation
- Coaching in self marketing and networking
- Use of IT and research facilities
- Interview preparation and coaching
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring until client obtains new career position
- Training programmes for groups on some of the above topics as appropriate
We will work with our clients until their goals are achieved. Our consultants are all experienced career counsellors and psychometric testers.
Our services are invaluable at what is often a traumatic time and we are able to provide support to outgoing staff at a time when they most need it.
