As HR professionals we work with Managers at all levels who very often don't have specialised knowledge and skills in HR. As with Finance, Sales, Marketing or IT, HR has its own skill set and jargon and for a non-HR Manager this can be at best interesting and challenging and at worst intimidating and frustrating.

As a busy Manager we aim to support you with whatever level of advice you need.

We can offer you end of telephone advice to help with a tricky disciplinary problem and we can even provide an interim professional if your project is more long term. Our knowledge of employment law is as good as any lawyers and we can often help with a pragmatic solution to a problem. We can help set up your HR infrastructure with contract of employment, staff handbooks, salary structures and a performance appraisal scheme.
