Our Team
Fiona has twenty three years experience of training and developing people in a range of business sectors including leisure and hospitality, call centres, retail, utilities, finance and training and consulting companies.
Her clients include TXU Energi, Accor Hotels, River Communications, the Benfield Group, Mayday Holdings, The Bradfield Group, Luton Business College and the London Examining Board. She works globally and has experience with multi-site, multi cultural organisations as well as business start-ups.
Her specialist subjects are presentation, facilitation, coaching and training skills; her Train the Trainer programme is endorsed by the Institute for Leadership and Management.
She is a Licentiate member of the CIPD, with a level 4 qualification in Learning and Development and is currently studying towards Fellowship grade. She is also an active Member of the ILM and the Institute of Assessors and Verifiers.
