Train the Trainer
Bradfield Group provides one of the best and most professional Train the Trainer Courses available in the market.
At Bradfield we specialise in Training Trainers - we have been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development to offer their Certificate in Training Practice since 1994. However we recognise that some organisations prefer a quicker route to training their trainers and find that a three day Train the Trainer course is sufficient to meet their needs. As part of Training in HR, some organisations find that the endorsement from the ILM provided by this programme, is an added advantage to their development programmes.
Some delegates regard the Train the Trainer seminars as sample training to see whether they would like to undertake a CIPD qualification at a later date.
Our programme is aimed at anyone who is new to training or who has never been formally trained as a trainer.
