Scott Russell
After starting his career in the media, Scott moved into IT Training as a salesperson in 1993. In the subsequent years since then, he has worked predominantly as a Departmental / Senior Manager at National / International level in the training industry predominantly based in the City of London. Responsibilities included coaching and developing sales, trainer and administration teams, and developing public course schedules. Scott wrote commercial proposals and liaised with high end corporate customers, owned partner / vendor relationships and performed marketing planning. As part of the Learning & Development team at Bradfield, Scott oversees the organisation & delivery of CIPD & in-house events and owns these elements on a commercial basis for the organization.
When away from work Scott has interests in travel, cookery, music and reading. Scott enjoys football, rugby, golf and cricket.
