Nigel Griffiths
Nigel Griffiths is a Chartered Building Surveyor and is employed on an advisory role to ensure that the company complies with all current company legislation. He is the Managing Director of a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, Base Building Consultancy, advising blue chip companies with large property portfolios on all Building Surveying matters. He currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying and is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Nigel also regularly sits on APC assessment panels for the RICS, assessing graduate surveyors for the required competency level in order to become a Chartered Surveyor.
Outside work, Nigel enjoys skiing and sailing, and he has also tried his hand at kite surfing. In the past, Nigel has been a BSAC qualified Scuba Diving Instructor.
