Louise Alexander
Louise Alexander is a Human Resources Consultant for Bradfield Consulting Ltd. She is a Graduate of the CIPD. Louise has a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM and a BA (hons) in law from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.
Louise has worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors for a range of companies including the perfume shop, Next plc, The National Gallery and Iglu.com as an operational manager, HR manager and now as an HR consultant.
Louise is an experienced generalist and brings to her work a breadth and depth of experience in employee relations, employee motivation, recruitment and selection, delivering front line policy advice ensuring consistency in application, creating updating and implementing policies, advising on grievance and disciplinary investigations personally handling those of a complex nature. Louise has a practical and pragmatic approach to employment law cases and offers a comprehensive consultancy service.
Working alongside employers, Louise demonstrates a pragmatic "hands-on" operational approach, as demonstrated in projects, the most recent of which include: establishing HR functions within numerous organisations, designing bespoke appraisal schemes, designing and updating handbooks, contracts and manuals, providing legislative updates, planning and implementing periods of organisational restructure including the provision of outplacement services. Louise is also involved in delivering CIPD endorsed training.
