Kate Taylor
Kate's background as a global HR Director was predominantly in the oil and gas industry where she worked for Amoco and Hess Corporation for some 20 years. Kate now works as a consultant, coach facilitator and trainer across the public and private sectors in the U.K. and Internationally.
In addition to running CIPD accreditation courses in the Middle East, Kate is a trainer and assessor for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in the U.K. Kate has masters degrees in Strategic Human Resource Management, Personal & Organisation Development, is an accreditor coach and career counsellor and Fellow of the CIPD.
