Joseph Grech
Joseph heads up Bradfield's Learning and Development department and oversees our training courses. Joseph is very passionate about training and has a wealth of experience in learning and development. He is a Chartered MCIPD professional and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Middlesex University together with a Bachelors in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Malta.
Joseph has extensive experience in HR, particularly in the learning and development field. In his previous role as a Training Manager for a global immigration consultancy Joseph was responsible for setting up and developing the firm's training department and implementing various learning strategies. Joseph has also worked for Edexcel, a UK examinations board, training BTEC and NVQ external verifiers. At Bradfield Joseph holds a strategic role and is mainly responsible for the direction of the L&D department and the overall quality of our courses and training provided. He also manages Bradfield's relationship with CIPD and particularly enjoys delivering training sessions whenever he gets the chance!
