Jacquie Bullen
Jacquie Bullen is a Human Resources Assistant for Bradfield Consulting Ltd. She has a 2:1 BSc. degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths University, London. Jacquie also holds Level A and B certificates in Psychometric Testing.
Jacquie has worked with several large companies including HSBC Bank and British Airways before career changing into the field of Occupational Psychology and worked as an Office Manager and for a private careers consultancy firm (Career Analysts) before joining the Bradfield Group.
She joined Bradfield as a Training and HR Administrator and now works solely on HR issues with our HR Consultant covering a range of consultancy services including recruitment and selection, creating, updating and implementing policies, assisting in disciplinary and grievance procedures, updating contracts and handbooks as well as providing assistance in organisational restructures.
Jacquie brings a practical, sensitive and professional approach to Bradfield enhanced by the psychological academic knowledge that concern the dynamics of people at work.
Jacquie is currently working towards the CHRP qualification within the Bradfield Group as she moves forward with her consultative objectives.
