Colin O'Kane
Colin OKane is a Human Resources Consultant for Bradfield Group. He is a Graduate of the CIPD. Colin has a BA (Hons.) in Business Studies specialising in Human Resources from University of Hertfordshire.
Colin has worked in the private sector and for a range of companies including Carphone Warehouse, Ryanair, Phones4U, and Kwik-Fit as a HR Officer and HR Field Advisor, before moving into consultancy.
Colin is an experienced Operational HR Generalist and brings to his work a breadth and depth of experience in employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment and selection, performance management, absence management, advising on grievance and disciplinary investigations and personally handling those of a complex nature. Colin has a practical and pragmatic approach to employment law cases and offers a comprehensive consultancy service.
